Shipping:

US Shipments:
Orders for shipment to a US destination will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt.

International shipments:
All orders for destinations outside the US will ship within 48 hours of receipt, using the pre-selected shipping method.

Delivery:

US Deliveries:
All packages will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days from the shipment date.

International Deliveries:
Items shipped outside of the US may take up to 2 to 3 weeks depending on local delivery, customs requirements and local conditions.

Returns:

ABT will accept returns on the following basis:

Returns due to damage in shipment:
ABT will replace all product damaged in the shipment process. Original damaged product must be returned unused. Return product will be shipped after receipt of original.

Returns due to other circumstances:
All returns must be in their original, undamaged packaging and product must be unopened. ABT will refund the purchase price, less any charge for shipping and handling.
